Ready Ability Care provides support for people that are participants under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Why choose Ready Ability Care Service (RACS)?
The founder of Ready Ability Care Services (RACS), Vijia Chain, is an experienced Registered Nurse with 47 years of clinical, auditing and education experience. At the age of 11, she attended street theatre workshops and assisted the veterans, homeless and disabled people with hair washes, shaves and food hampers. Vijia founded the transport services for young children with disabilities to be transported to day programs, providing education outside of mainstream, internationally, since 1990 and has continued to train workers who support the community with passion.
RACS will use their vehicle (which has an electric hoist and accommodates 2 wheelchairs and 5 additional seats) as a means of holiday escape for the family unit, or for romantic weekend getaways, long drives with comfort and pleasure as its focus, keeping the inclusive spirit in “ABILITY”, rather than on “DISABILITY”.
Ready Ability Care Services is established based on consumers requesting our services following our reputation of delivering Great Nurses and Support Workers into the industry. We are a small family owned and operated Service with dedication and a hands-on approach at the client’s side, making the client the centre of our care. Our Team brings together Corporate, Clinical, Educational and Auditing experience at a National level. We take the client’s needs seriously, advocate for and on behalf of, without compromise of budget or client’s rights. Vijia has undertaken numerous assessments for NDIS Providers with many very satisfied results.
