
Ready Ability Care Services (RACS), is responsible for ensuring that the workers have high qualifications and expertise to deliver the care required for safe specialist nursing care for people with disability, considering that their needs are complex and specialised.
Ready Ability Care Services in this clinically specialised area, is managed by Professional Registered Nurses, who are highly skilled, experienced, compassionate, intuitive, and professional. Each member of our nursing team is personally selected and overseen by our Clinical Co-ordinator who meets the AHPRA requirements for Clinical Specialist procedures. The Director has personally approved the procedures and develops the curriculum for training nurses in these procedures.
